When is the registration deadline?
Registration closes January 22, 2026. We encourage early registration as spots fill up quickly! Note: SRC/IRB approvals are due by November 14, 2025 if required.
What grade levels can participate?
Students from 6th through 12th grade are welcome to participate. We have different categories and judging criteria appropriate for each grade level.
Is there a registration fee?
Yes, there is a $25 entrance fee per participant. This fee helps cover the costs of running the science fair and providing awards.
Can parents attend the event?
Due to safety regulations, parents cannot be present during the fair; however, we encourage parents to come help their child set up and look around then!
How can I volunteer as a judge?
We're always looking for qualified judges! Please fill out our contact form with "Judging/Volunteering" selected, and our coordinator will reach out with more information.
